Verstraete.team does better than 'record master' Bayern Munich

Those who do better and better, can raise their hand, but the chance is small that this will happen. Verstraete celebrates its 200th birthday this year. Once a family business, always a family business, right?
Our family group has recently started operating under the name  Verstraete.team , with the business units Verstraete.bouw, Verstraete.hout, Vestraete.immo and Verstraete.zorg. A big step towards an even stronger professionalization in the future. The term ' recordmeister

' is often attached to Bayern Munich . The football club strings together the prizes and exists exactly 120 years this year, founded in 1900. Verstraete is also a prize animal, but has been around longer than Bayern Munich: 200 years in particular.

The Verstraetes started as real church builders. To give just one example: the Sint-Petrus en Pauluskerk in Rumbeke still bears the insignia of Leonard Verstraete and architect Joseph Vierin today. To date, we still work closely with the same architectural firm. In 1802 Ignatius Verstraete was born in rural Oekene. Later, circa 1820, he started as master guest under the direction of his older brother, Petrus. This is the beginning of Verstraete Bouw and Verstraete Hout, a fifth-generation construction and wood company with knowledge and craftsmanship, and a typical West Flemish work ethic.
