Verstaete.immo designs, develops and realizes real estate projects with an eye for planning and budget control. Each project meets the requirements of a design with character and soul, with respect for the living/working environment.

Our VCA certificate proves it, but our attention to the health and safety of our employees goes much further. We continue to improve ourselves in the area of safety, because our employees count.
Class 8
Verstraete.bouw has a class 8 approval, the highest level of approval in the Belgian construction world. This allows us to focus on large construction and wood projects in West and East Flanders.
Customized technical studies
Building Information Modeling (BIM) ensures that we are proactive in adhering to and optimizing budgets and schedules. In this way, failure costs are avoided. Our in-house BIM service is happy to carry out a customized technical study.
