Binnenhof

The Binnenhof, previously known as 'Residentie de Regenboog', is a group of assisted living apartments located in the heart of Roeselare. The project is a perfect example of a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain project, developed and built by Verstraete.team and currently operated by Verstraete.zorg.

In 2010, Verstraete.team began the Binnenhof project. The apartments were tailored to the needs of seniors aged 65 and over and built in compliance with Flemish legislation. The innovative concept of living, services, and care in one building offers 54 assisted living apartments with one or two bedrooms ranging from 60 to 116 m². Each flat has an entrance hall, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The building's facade is made of red brick, creating a modern and innovative appearance in the streetscape. The residence has four floors and a roof; the ground floor offers commercial spaces and common areas with views of the spacious city garden. There is also an underground parking garage with space for 55 cars.
