Brewery Omer Vander Ghinste made the decision to invest in expanding their infrastructure, including a new brewing hall. The construction work began in the fall of 2016.
This involved the closed shell construction, including pile foundations, concrete columns, concrete beams, concrete vaults, steel structure, roof structure consisting of both wooden laminated beams and steel, steel deck, complete roof sealing, and all exterior masonry.

The building has an approximate footprint of 700 m², partially spread across multiple levels.

The expansion was a necessary step for the brewery to continue its growth and enhance the international presence of its brand.
