02\ Binnenhof
Het Binnenhof, formerly Regenboog Roeselare, is a group of assisted living apartments (service flats) in the heart of Roeselare.
Het Binnenhof is the perfect example of a Design-Build-Finance-Maintain-Operate project (DBFMO). Verstraete.team developed and built the project, and is now also operating the flats.
