Cohousing Ten Broele
Following our successful collaboration in Ostend (Cohousing Boldershof), we have once again earned the trust to transform these protected monuments into a stunning cohousing project: Ten Broele.
This project involves the 17th-century House De Kroon and the 18th-century House Chomé, which previously served as a monastery and school building. These historic properties are being renovated and repurposed into 13 unique living units, featuring spacious communal areas such as a hall with kitchen, laundry bar, workshop, coworking space, and guest room.
We are executing this project as part of a construction team. The entire development is being carried out using BIM, ensuring efficient collaboration and guaranteeing higher quality in the repurposing of this historical heritage.
