De Sellerie

The Sellerie is located at Koolskampstraat 7 in Pittem and is a self-development in collaboration with the Cloet family. The project consists of two small buildings, each with 8 apartments and separate garages per unit, in a pleasant and green environment.

The design of this project was created by 3 architects from Roeselare.

In this project, the balconies were fully executed in a traditional way with a continuous floor slab that was completely finished with suspended brickwork, credal cladding, and a matching tile floor.
