In 2021, the demolition of the existing, outdated office buildings was started in May for the reconstruction into contemporary landscape offices. A combination of renovation, new construction and renovation had to ensure that the budget was not exceeded.

The renovation part was tackled to meet the current requirements in terms of EPB and provided with the necessary profiles to form the requested landscape office. During the renovation, light roof girders were used to reuse the old foundations, and in the new-build zone a light roof structure in wooden girders was combined with a prestressed concrete structure as a support for the new technical installations.

We assisted the client in coordinating all techniques, the layout of the office spaces with the associated various floor coverings, glass walls & all painting work.
