On top of the renovated industrial kitchen at the Hoogbouw, Verstraete.team built 4 extra floors, each with 9 rooms and a spacious bathroom.

These rooms were initially built so that the residents of the old Low-rise building could have a comfortable place during the demolition and construction works of the new complex that is planned on the site of the former residential care center Ter Dreve.
