The building, which dates from the 1960s and was designed by the architects Léon Stynen and Paul de Meyer, will undergo a thorough restoration to bring it back to its former glory.

A new Nike store will open in September 2023.
The offices will be delivered at the end of 2024. These will accommodate about 350 people.
