Ownership at Verstraete
After the first Ownership Day in August, a second teambuilding took place! In different teams, everyone was challenged to work together and overcome obstacles or build things. For example, different teams had to build a catapult without mutual communication. In addition, a bridge was built, based on the four Insight colors, red, blue, green and yellow. Furthermore, we were guided blindly to complete the course properly, Trust played a very important role in this. Finally, the different teams had to solve a riddle to open the tool box and bring it to the other side in a wheelchair, and this with two! A fun day on which we worked together, got to know each other better and saw how important trust and ownership are in an organization!
