Clinic Zwarte Zusters makes way for Residence Pietershof

Verstraete.team has started building the Pietershof residence in Ypres. The site, located on Burggraafstraat, is good for a total of 70 residential units.

Verstraete is ready to start with the structural work. Archaeological research has been completed. That didn't bring much to the surface.
This is because the subsurface was already heavily churned up in the 1960s and 1980s when the clinic was built. We actually start building in the first half of October and normally everything has to be ready 2 years later.
