Ownership Day
After the successful first Ownership Day in August, a second team-building event took place! In various teams, everyone was challenged to collaborate, overcome obstacles, and build things together. One of the tasks was to construct a catapult without any communication between the teams. Additionally, a bridge was built, inspired by the four Insight colors: red, blue, green, and yellow. We also experienced being blindfolded and guided through a course, highlighting the crucial role of trust. Lastly, the teams had to solve a riddle to unlock a toolbox and transport it to the other side using a wheelchair, with two people cooperating. It was a fun day where we worked together, got to know each other better, and witnessed the significance of trust and ownership within an organization!
