Verstraete introduces HelloHelp

Construction company Verstraete.team has existed for over 200 years and its activities have diversified considerably in recent years. By the end of this year, they want to lay the first stone of three construction projects that also have the HelloHelp app.

Verstraete.team is active in construction, wood, real estate and care. The company already has a lot of experience in building healthcare facilities, but now also joined forces with Televic, Smartwatcher and Zorgcentrale Z-plus to offer HelloHelp. HelloHelp is embedded in the purchase of the three projects below. “You buy an apartment from us at the market price, but you also get HelloHelp”, Francis Verstraete points out. HelloHelp is a brand new concept that gives the buyer 25 years to take out the five-year healthcare subscription. The necessary equipment and stable internet are provided in the flats. “Wie
buys a flat at the age of roughly 65, may need some help 15 years later. You get a subscription for five years, but you can also take it out in monthly installments. For example, if you have to undergo hip surgery, you can use HelloHelp for a few months.
