Boldershof

A protected farm was repurposed and renovated into five apartments with spacious communal areas. In the garden, three new pavilions were built, one of which includes a large basement and four apartments. The other two pavilions together contain nine new homes. The site enjoys a fantastic view of the Stene Gardens, offering a beautiful combination of heritage restoration and energy-efficient new construction.

At the back of the site is a large communal garden that connects to the Stene Gardens. Residents each have their own fully equipped home but also share guest rooms, a children's play area, a hall with a kitchen, coworking space, a laundry room, and a workshop in the former bakehouse.
