In Bredene, we conducted a comprehensive renovation for the COLRUYT GROUP in a very short period. Following partial demolition and adjustment works, including the installation of a completely new loading dock, 4 entire aisles were added.

For this structure, we opted for a concrete skeleton, using IV beams of approximately 34m each. Given the extremely short execution period, preparation and a LEAN execution were crucial here. Additionally, during the rough construction works, we provided a parking area with landscaping spanning approximately 4000m².
