The Harchies

"The Harchies" is a real estate development project by Verstraete.team in Vlamertinge. It consists of 19 certified assisted living apartments, operated in close collaboration with the Winterhove residential care center, which also provides its common areas for the residents of the residence.

The new building is divided into two separate units with separate elevator and stair cores, comprising 5 apartments on the ground floor with corresponding outdoor terraces, 5 identical apartments on the first/second floor, and 4 apartments on the third floor.
