For this building we took care of the total contracting from structural work to finishing and techniques.

The building is founded on a full foundation plate with 2 stiff cores in concrete. All other structural and non-structural elements were finished in timber frame.
The wood frame made of spruce was placed at a furious pace and at the same time protected by the roof sealing. The exterior joinery is a curtain wall combined with wooden facade cladding in thermowood
finished with a black treatment. An interim airtightness test was carried out before the interior finish to detect air leaks and finally the desired result was achieved with a final test.
