Lotus Office Building

Lotus Bakeries has become a global player in the cookie market in recent years. To accommodate this growth, the existing offices adjacent to the production site needed to be renovated.

It was decided to completely demolish the main volume of the office buildings to make way for a new three-story building. A smaller adjacent volume with one floor was stripped down and renovated.

The new construction was built using prefabricated concrete with large windows. These were later covered with insulation and white exterior plaster. This aesthetic was also carried through to the renovated section.
