Verstraete.team and VZW De Loods join forces for the realization of a special project: an institution for Youth Care.

This unique project encompasses the creation of 3 impressive buildings that will provide a warm and stimulating environment for children aged 0-18. With contemporary architecture and sustainable technologies, we aim to make a lasting impact.

Building A, with 3 floors, offers a total of 38 bedrooms and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the lush inner garden. This is where living groups, day care, and essential administrative services will find their home.
Building B, also with 3 floors, houses 11 studios and a spacious communal kitchen where comfort takes center stage.
Building C will be a creative workshop measuring 17x12 meters, constructed entirely from steel structures.

The buildings are true eye-catchers thanks to their diverse façade finishes. Roof tiles, fiber cement panels, and wooden cladding in padoek wood create a unique appearance. Striking white steel trusses emphasize the generous glass facades of these structures.

Our dedicated team guarantees a flawless execution from start to finish. Currently, we are hard at work, and by Easter 2025, this magnificent project will be completed.
