We are converting the old factory building into various lofts with an industrial character.

The facade was laid by the craftsmen of Verstraete.team in a claustra bond. This form of masonry offers many advantages of mass and shade, but allows the wind to play freely, which in warm regions provides natural cooling at night and literally opens the door for maximum ventilation. This precise construction gives the facade the textile character of ingenious lace.

The residents can enjoy their privacy without sacrificing sunlight.
