This involves the construction of the entire structural framework for the largest nursing home in Bruges, commissioned by the Bruges Care Association Mintus. The complex is located on the corner of Sint-Pietersmolenstraat and Blankenbergse Dijk. Following the installation of Sollmix walls, excavation work began for the extensive 20,000 m² underground parking area.

The building is divided into 5 separate units that are interconnected, with a total built-up area of 8,000 m². In addition to cast-in-place concrete walls, prefabricated load-bearing walls were also utilized as structural elements of the building.

Subsequently, the brickwork for the facade commenced, with the rounded corner stone adding a touch of elegance to the building.
