The old chapel was demolished. Modern assisted-living flats were built on the same site to provide the elderly with a comfortable place to live. A new monastery is also being built next to the flats, which will serve as an oasis of peace and reflection for the residents. For example, the old chapel will disappear, but will be given a meaningful new use.
